Shane Zentz Website Design and Website Development
Hi there, and welcome to shanezentz.com, the official internet home of Shane Zentz. I have been developing websites since about 2005 and on this page you will find a few examples of my work, both older and more recent works. Feel free to check out all of these websites I have created at some point in time, however some of the older ones may not exist anymore or may be offline, but all of the newer ones are active and are good examples of my work.
Keep in mind that I cannot display all of my work here, such as websites that I have created for some clients or websites that I have created for work. Basically if I am unsure that the client or owner of the website is not OK with me adding their website here (even though I have created it), then I have intentionally left if off. But there is still a good selection of my work on this page, so go ahead and check out some of the websites created by Shane Zentz.
When developing a website, I usually start with determining the overall purpose of the website. Then I try to figure out any website 'needs', for example will the website be mainly a static/informative website or will it be interactive and will it need to allow users to create their own accounts, will multiple people be contributing to the website. After all these questions and more are answered my next step in website development is to choose a platform for the website. Usually I will choose a simple php or html format, unless a multi-user content management platform is required, in which case I would normally choose to use wordpress, although I have also built websites using Drupal and Joomla. The next step is to create a mock layout of what the website should look like and how it should function. Once the layout for the website is approved by the client, then it is time to gather all content, such as logos, images, and text content, and begin building the site (or the first rough draft of the site). This thorough process of website development has been very successful for both myself and my clients or employers, so it is a process that I repeat over and over. Because why mess with something that already works, right?
So check out the website development of Shane Zentz below. In addition to the website you are now visiting, all of the websites below are some of the work of Shane Zentz.
